Looking to explore a new market and need a comprehensive review of local policies, operators, competition, and stakeholder mapping? My pre-tender research provides an extensive introduction to each city to inform future expansion strategies.
I can also travel with clients to sites to get first hand experience of existing mobility solutions, providing a post site-visit report as needed.
