I love to work with organisations and people who want to change the way that people move. If you’re keen on modal shift, believe that the future of urban mobility is people-powered and want to be more ambitious with your policy or business strategies, I’d love to speak with you. Below is a sample of examples of how we might work together.

  • Interested in exploring a specific topic or research area for your business? I have developed white papers for Siemens, the UNDRR, and others. Together we will scope out the work needed, including developing an outline, key methodologies, and outputs.

  • Looking to explore a new market and need a comprehensive review of local policies, operators, competition, and stakeholder mapping? My pre-tender research provides an extensive introduction to each city to inform future expansion strategies.

    I can also travel with clients to sites to get first hand experience of existing mobility solutions, providing a post site-visit report as needed.

  • I will review bid documents, provide guidance on win themes, and assist with reviewing and steering final deliverables. This includes multiple reviews of content to ensure it will score excellently against criteria.
